Ultimate Cleaning Services was founded in 1981 by Rick and Sharon Bowles, who between them, have over 40 years of experience in the cleaning industry.

UCS Ltd. provide a quality management system and holds the following credentials:-

• BS EN ISO 9001 Certification, including aspects specific to the cleaning industry.
• Member of the Federation of Windows Cleaners.
• IPAF Certification in the use of Cherry Pickers.

We operate mainly in central London but cover all surrounding home counties. Most of our business is in London Docklands, the City of London and the West End. We undertake the following services:-

Window cleaning. Risk assessments are carried out by experts in all cases which take into account the safety of our window cleaners, client workforce and members of the public.

Office cleaning. All office cleaning contracts are supervised and regular visits take place to the sites to maintain contract specification and the highest cleaning standards.

Carpet cleaning. We use the latest, deep cleaning, commercial high performance hot water extraction system.

Reach and Wash. This system reaches up to heights of 18.5 metres (approx. 60ft) safely and also cleans frames and fascias all in one clean.

Power Access. All staff are IPAF trained in the use of cherry pickers to a height of 62 metres (approx. 203ft), enabling work to be carried out in a safe manner.

Acid Clean. In all uses of acids for cleaning there is risk of both general and localised pitting corrosion of the metal, once the removal of the oxide or scale has been achieved. Therefore, the action of the cleaning solution must be controlled by the addition of a suitable acid inhibitor.

Pressure Clean. We will restore your sales forecourt, driveway or patio to its former glory by using revolutionary high pressure cleaning equipment.
